Nova is a customer operations tool designed for ClearScore, the UK's number one credit health service. Nova enables ClearScore's customer ops team to resolve queries from customers, as well as government and financial agencies. The tool was designed to be clear, yet informative, giving members of the customer operations team a complete view of a customers financial history. Nova improved the efficiency of the customer ops team by 30 per cent.

The dashboard gave team leads a complete view of customer operations and was used to monitor how members of the ops team were performing, enabling team leads to improve efficiency by appropriately balancing assigned tickets.
