Rolls-Royce owners are more than customers; they are part of an exclusive family, united by an unparalleled driving experience and exceptional, personalised service. I led the concept and design of a connected digital experience, exploring how Rolls-Royce could extend its luxury offering beyond the vehicle into a seamless, end-to-end ecosystem. To explore this, the work focused on a next-generation digital experience that enhances personalisation and vehicle control within a seamless application.

The Concierge app offers a tailored digital experience, empowering customers to seamlessly manage their daily schedules, travel itineraries, and vehicle maintenance—all within a single, unified platform. By integrating these features, the app automates route planning, daily scheduling, and vehicle management, dramatically minimising the need for manual input.

Extending luxury beyond the vehicle

The concept explored a connected ecosystem spanning both the showroom and the mobile experience, reimagining how customers could interact with Rolls-Royce across their entire ownership journey; while the pitch was not taken forward, the ambition of a fully integrated showroom-to-app experience was ahead of its time and demonstrated how digital could extend the brand’s hallmark of luxury, craftsmanship and personalisation into a seamless, end-to-end experience.
