At Sainsbury’s, my role focuses on shaping the future vision of products and services, making grocery shopping easier, more engaging and more intuitive for customers. This spans both forward-looking concepts and live work, including an in-store product finder integrated into the Sainsbury’s app for use at home and in-store, alongside projects such as an AI-driven Smart List and dietary features. Details of the work remain confidential as some products and services are still in development.
